INDIA- DIABETIC CAPITAL OF THE WORLD

According to the Diabetic Atlas which was published in 2007, there are 246 million people were affected by diabetic across the world.In this, 80% of them were in developing and undeveloped countries.Particularly in India ,there are 40.9 million people were affected by diabetes.Because of this, Diabetic Atlas believes that India will reach 70 million diabetes within six years.

Recently in India diabetes are increasing more in rural areas than in urban areas.In Tamil Nadu, 40% of diabetes were increased in urban areas for past six years where as within three years 49% of diabetes were increased in rural areas.Changing life styles and genetic factors of peoples is the major reason for this.

Diabetic affects all age groups including children.In our country more children were affected by diabetic.Early diagnosis and immediate treatment for children is very important.The best way to prevent diabetic is by,active walking,using stairs as for as possible and spending daily 30 minutes in some specif exercises like yoga.The overweight and obesity category peoples are advised to take care of their health and also asked to maintain their ideal body weight.

FIRST DAY IN MY PRIMARY SCHOOL

That day began with lot of tears in my eyes, my dad took me to the school! He left me in a class room filled with my new friends and almost everyone of us were crying in different octaves. My dad requested the teacher to take care of me and left with a husky bye to me. I remember, even he was sad. I guess he would have worried about the the teacher and the complaints he will be receiving from that day. He guessed right!

Though I was saying bye in a loud voice to my father, my eyes were with full of tears. That was the first day for the rest of my life, I thought my freedom is taken by some one and I felt alone in the mid of modulated cries. That whole day I was expecting the last bell, that will bailout me from the classroom and the school bus to take me home.

It went as a regular practice for some days of huge tears. And with variety of scoldings and appreciations I completed my primary school with a rank , I don't remember the number of my rank.

As an irony the first day of my high school was not as expected or assumed by me.

NO ONE IS ALONE IN THIS WORLD

1.There are atlest three persons in the world at any point in your life they think their life is meaningless without you.

2.Every night,there are atleast two who think of you before they going to sleep.
3.Your name is pronounced minimum ten in a day by the people far away from you.

4.At any point in your life time , your are hated by someone because of that person not like you.

At the age of 16 Hitler fell in love with a Jew lady Stephny Issac.He follewed her for 4 years but never prosposed to her.He got a chance to speak to her in a flower show but he missed it.Then she got married to an Austrian soldier.If Hitller married her,he had plans to live in Pursia as a drawing teacher.If it's happen then there would be no killing of Jews and no WORLD WAR II.

17 years of joy comes to an end......My unifroms,shoes,belts,badges are going to sleep forever.
No more jumpings in the class rooms,No scriblings on benches,No more friendly teasings and chats,No more punishments,No more assembly,No more report card,No more school day and teacher's day.HERE AFTER NO MORE SCHOOL......
